  • What are your business hours?

    We operate Monday-Saturday. Our designated pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and our return delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday!

  • How do I order my laundry pickup?

    To order your laundry pickup, simply hit the "Order Pickup" button that will take you to the order portal which will allow you to choose your desired pickup time and customize your laundry service. 

  • When can I expect to receive my clothes back?

    We typically will have your clothes ready by the afternoon following your pickup time. For example, if your pickup was on Monday between 5-6 AM, your clothes will be returned by 6 PM on Tuesday. 

  • What if I can't be there to drop off or pickup my clothes?

    You can simply opt for contactless pickup and delivery while scheduling your order. Simply leave your clothes on your doorstep prior to your pickup and we'll take care of the rest! For return deliveries, we will send a picture of where your clothes were left!

  • What is your pricing?

    Our convenient laundry service is available to you for just $1.50 per pound (15 pound minimum). 

  • Can I provide my own detergent?

    Absolutely! Place your detergent/softener/dryer sheets in your bag and we will use them to wash your items!
